Preface
The partners who are part of the network have been selected because they all have in common a large experience and proven track records in microencapsulation at national and european levels.
The consortium has been conceived as to ensure optimal coverage of the different aspects of microencapsulation with respect to:
- the technology (spray drying, coacervation, liposomes,...),
- the fields of application (food/feed, household and personal care, pharmaceutical, textile, ...),
- the location (15 partners from 9 different countries)
