In order to fulfill its mission, ncapsolutions is implementing 3 complementary services: - organisation of venues
- Each year 3 to 5 industrial workshops are organised on specific areas of microencapsulation technologies. They consist in a series of plenary lectures given by renowned experts and providing the latest state of the art of the field.
- In addition to the industrial workshop, ncapsolutions is organising an annual trade fair on microencapsulation. This event is organised around 4 plenary lectures, a continuous exhibition of equipments, materials and applications, and pre-arranged bilateral meetings between participants.
- sourcing of expertise
- Based on its network of experts, ncapsolutions is assisting organisations in sourcing the right expert(s) they need regarding microencapsulation. The service is provided through direct contact with ncapsolutions’ project managers.
- It consists first in the definition of the technical challenge by collecting non confidential information. Then an anonymous text is issued describing the need. The list of experts who will be involved in the treatment of the request is defined with the customer.
- The technical challenge is then distributed to the selected experts who will send their feed-backs to the project manager. The treatment of the answers from the experts will be performed in close collaboration with the customer.
- Based on the analysis of the feed backs from experts, the assistance from ncapsolutions will continue until the customer has been put into contact with the right expert(s) from our network.
- During the start-up phase of ncapsolutions’ activities, the sourcing of expert is free of charge for the requesting organisations.
- provision of technological knowledge (online technology handbook)
- The Technology handbook is an online practice-oriented information resource covering every aspects of application of microencapsulation: fields of application, encapsulation techniques, PAT (Process Analytical Techniques) and excipients for encapsulation. The Technology Handbook is continuously enriched by compiling articles and presentations from selected contributors having proven track records in their field of activities.
